Withdrawal Policy

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts except for compelling and justifiable reasons. Manuscript withdrawal is considered a waste of valuable resources, including the significant time and effort invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher in processing the submission.

In the event that an author still wishes to request the withdrawal of a manuscript, the author is required to complete and submit an Article Withdrawal Form, duly signed by all authors or by the corresponding author on behalf of the author group, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal. Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive an official notification from the Editorial Office confirming the withdrawal.

It should be noted that it is considered unethical to withdraw a submitted or published manuscript from one journal if it has been accepted by another journal.
